Thank you for a quite comfortable stay in a wonderful town in beautiful Charlevoix region. The best thing is location - just next door to Le Massif, Baie-Saint-Paul. And it's by Bras du Nord-Ouest. No complaint and would stay here again.

Hotel's staff provides professional and quick check in and out. The hotel offers a spacy room (double with 2 queen beds), and a big functional bathroom. When you are at the main floor you have a very convenient access to the parking area. Hotel's restaurant offers a decent selection of food at breakfast. Hotel's common areas, hallways and our room were very clean and quiet during our stay despite a very busy weekend. Hotel is very conveniently located at the main highway, with a short driving distance to the centre town where all the galleries, restauarants and attractions are.
Selection of TV channels includes only one, totally boring english channel. No BBC, no CNN, not even a weather channel. I find this quite disrespectfull towards the english speaking tourists. The ceiling in the bathroom due to previous leaks from the room upstairs was stained and needed to be replastered and repainted. Hotel does not provide enough information in english about the area and the region for those tourists who would like to participate in river cruises or local artcraft or food sampling tours.

Convenient accommodations at affordable price. Easy access to surrounding communities in the Charlevoix area which we enjoyed very much. Affordable breakfast at the hotel without the hassle of going out, especially when it was raining and not conducive to walking around downtown to scout out a suitable restaurant. Easy access to parking, unloading/loading. Walking distance to the village and enjoyed the walking path along the river(creek).
We would have enjoyed a swimming pool but not a big inconvenience as we were on the go a lot to enjoy the area. We did not enjoy the chinese meal that we had at the restaurant (it was sub-standard). Except for breakfast we ate out the other two evenings.Calling the restaurant goumet is a big stretch.
